The driving type scraper is suitable for the horizontal sedimentation tank of sewage treatment plants, which scrapes the sludge settled on the bottom of the tank to the sludge collection tank and directs the floating slag on the tank surface to the sludge collection tank.

Structure
It mainly consists of a crane, a scraper, a scraper, a main beam, an end beam, a driving device, a control cabinet, etc.

Working Principle
1. The walkway bridge of the driving rake scraper is made of carbon steel and is horizontally placed on the sedimentation tank. The walkway has a width of not less than 600mm and is equipped with handrails and guardrails. It is made of stainless steel underwater and is corrosion-resistant.
2. The driving type rake scraper moves on two steel rails on the top of the pool and is equipped with a driving device and a limiter to prevent deviation.
3. The main beam of the driving type rake scraper is driven by the driving devices on both ends of the beams, and travels along the track laid on the top of the pool. The scraper rake, which moves together with the main beam, scrapes the sludge deposited at the bottom of the pool to the mud collection hopper inside the pool; The skim plate that moves together with the main beam will skim the floating slag on the liquid surface towards the slag collection tank.
